At MiCaringHeart, we are committed to providing educational support for children undergoing cancer treatment. To ensure privacy and compliance with applicable regulations, we wish to clarify the following:

1. No Medical Information Shared
   MiCaringHeart strictly prohibits the sharing of any medical information (including diagnoses, treatments, or prognoses) with tutors participating in our program. Tutors are only provided with information related to the educational needs of students to deliver effective learning support.

2. Participant Responsibilities
   Parents, guardians, and students are responsible for ensuring that no medical or personal health information is disclosed during interactions with tutors.

3. Liability Waiver
   MiCaringHeart operates as a facilitator of tutoring services and cannot be held legally responsible or liable for any violations of privacy laws, including but not limited to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). By participating in MiCaringHeart's Outsmarting Cancer Program, all parties acknowledge and accept that they bear sole responsibility for compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

4. Tutor Conduct
   Tutors are required to uphold MiCaringHeart’s policies regarding student privacy. However, should any disclosure of personal health information occur, MiCaringHeart disclaims all responsibility for actions or consequences arising from such disclosures.
